「香港電影金像獎」選民資格

凡十八歲或以上在港住滿七年的香港居民，並符合下列其中一項資格，即可申請為香港電影金像獎選民：

• (一) 曾參與香港電影工作的電影從業員(名字出現於片頭、片尾字幕之內)，職位包括： 電 影出品人、監製、統籌、策劃、導演、執行導演、第一副導演、製片、編劇、演員、配音員、攝影師、助理攝影、燈光師、剪接師、副剪接師、美術指導及助理、服 裝造型設計師及助理、動作指導、副動作指導、音效設計師、收音師、後期製作混錄總收音師、電腦效果設計，以及曾為電影配樂、作曲及填詞的音樂工作者。
• (二) 為下列電影團體的會員，並曾參與香港電影工作(名字出現於片頭、片尾字幕之內)： 香港電影導演會、香港電影編劇家協會、香港動作特技演員公會、香港專業電影攝影師學會、香港演藝人協會、香港電影剪輯協會、香港電影美術學會、香港電影製作行政人員協會、香港電影燈光協會，及由香港電影金像獎協會邀請的電影團體。
• (三) 申請為選民時，在過去一年內為香港現職影評人(評論須曾在香港報刊上發表)。
• (四) 從事與電影有關的文化工作者及教育工作者。
• (五) 從事電影發行或宣傳的工作人士，最少有三年工作經驗。

《備註》

• * 所有選民的申請，須由香港電影金像獎協會轄下的評選事務組審核及通過，方可正式成為選民、參與金像獎評選事宜。
• * 凡金像獎選民均可獲得選民證乙張，選民應保留此證以作日後投票。
• * 選民若觸犯任何刑事罪行(駕駛及定額罰款有關之刑事罪行除外)、作出影響香港電影業的行為，或當其資格被受懷疑，金像獎有權取消其選民及投票資格。

"Hong Kong Film Awards" Voter Registration Qualifications

Applicant must be a Hong Kong resident for at least 7 years and over the age of 18, and should fulfill one of the following criteria:

1. Filmmakers listed in any local film's roller credit in the following positions: Film Producer, Executive Producer, Production coordinator, Associate Producer, Director, Deputy Director, First Assistant Director, Line Producer, Scriptwriter, Actor/Actress, Dubbing Artist, Cinematographer, Assistant Cameraman, Lighting Designer, Film Editor, Assistant Film Editor, Art Director, Assistant Art Director, Costume Designer, Assistant Costume Designer, Action Choreographer, Assistant Stunt Coordinator, Effect Designer, Soundman, Post- Production recording and mixing technician in chief, Computer Effect Designer, Music Score Composer and Lyricist / Composer for movie theme song.
2. Current members of the following associations who have participated in the creative or production of any local film(s) (according to the film's roller credits list): Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild, Hong Kong Screenwriters' Guild, Hong Kong Stuntman Association, Society of Cinematographers (H.K.), Hong Kong Performing Artistes Guild, Society Of Film Editors (H.K.), Hong Kong Film Arts Association, Hong Kong Movie Production Executive Association, Hong Kong Cinematography Lighting Association and members of other Film Associations with an invitation by the Hong Kong Film Awards Association.
3. Film Critics whose criticisms have been published in Hong Kong during the current year.
4. Any person whose career or profession is associated with film culture or education.
5. Any person who has at least 3 years working experience in film distribution/ promotion.

Note:

• * Voter is authorized to vote in the first round voting of the Hong Kong Film Awards only if his/her application has been approved by the Voting Affairs Panel of the Hong Kong Film Awards Association.
• * A voter card will be issued to qualified voter for personal keeping.
• * The Voting Affairs Panel has the right to cancel the qualification/voting rights of any voter of dubious status; or whose behavior has had an averse effect on the reputation of the film industry; or who has criminal record (with the exception of traffic offenses or other fines).
