[注意] Simple Way to Capture Pictures from Windows Media Player or Real Player

If you want to capture a pic with windows media player or Real Player :

1. Go to control panel --> appearance and themes --> display --> settings --> advanced --> troubleshooting
2. Turn down hardware acceleration to none

3. Play the video (full screen) on Windows Media Player or Real Player (or any other video players you have)

4. Pause at the picture you want to capture.

5. Press "Prt Scrn" on your keyboard (the picture will be saved in clipboard).

6. Open Microsoft Paint (All Programs --> Accessories) and paste the picture.

7. Save the picture.
6. Edit it according to your preference (using Paint, MS Picture Manager, Photoshop, etc).

You can also paste the capture from powerdvd this way also if you did not change the options to save in a folder.

No need to use any special software at all.
The video player I use as example is Real Player (freeware). but you can use any other one (Windows Media Player, Quicktime, etc.) The key point is setting the Display (turn down the hardware accelerating to "none").
