actually it doesn't matter to me how directs it, I would love to watch it as long as maggie is in it. as to the PTU ending, I understand the kid stealing stuff from cars, but how come out of nowhere, a group of people got in a shooting with the police, so everthing is just coincidence?

The only coincidence is the appearance of the group of armed robbers who were trying to escape out of Hong Kong - the public phone booth and taxi part, as coincidentally, Fat Sa and Simon Yam & gang were there and aroused their suspicion, thinking that Police are after them. The rest are according to the development of the story. Perfectly alright .... in my humble opinion.
